"The New Era of Mindful Exhibitions": an immersive and conscious artistic experience arrives in Cagliari
"The New Era of Mindful Exhibitions" will revolutionize the way we enjoy art, offering a more conscious and immersive experience. The event, which will be held at the prestigious Cagliari Town Hall from March 29 to April 10, will propose a new exhibition paradigm, aimed at overcoming the superficial fruition of traditional exhibitions. Admission will be free.
A journey between art and awareness
Before accessing the exhibition, visitors will participate in a conscious breathing session led by yogin Silvia Dessì, who will illustrate the benefits of living "here and now" applied to the artistic experience. The entire exhibition path will be marked by a red carpet, to favor a fluid and engaging experience.
The exhibition will follow a transition from the figurative to the abstract, inviting visitors to an inner journey through art. Each work will be accompanied by a QR code that, thanks to an AI voice, will provide detailed information and the relative price.

Dr. Ileana Piga, curator of the event, graduated in philosophy with a thesis on Richard Shusterman's Somaesthetics. Raised in the historic family art gallery "Il Colore" in Cagliari, she is CEO and founder of the Art Touch agency, specialized in connecting artists and clients.
Prof. Giorgio Gregorio Grasso, art critic and university professor, curator of national and international exhibitions. Among his many assignments, he curated the Italian Pavilion at the 54th Venice Biennale and the Armenian Pavilion at the 57th Biennale. He will present his book "The State of the Art" at the 60th Venice Biennale.
Sardegna CreAttiva and the initiative "Your Signature for Art"
During the event, the cultural association "Sardegna CreAttiva" will be presented, which aims to transform Sardinia into an artistic hub of international importance. The association is also promoting the amendment to Law 29 July 1949 n. 717, known as the "2% Law", which obliges public administrations to allocate a portion of the budget of new constructions to art. Inside the room there will be an information station dedicated to the initiative "Your Signature for Art".
